2. Tell us what went wrong
Select the item, choose a reason, and let us know whether you prefer a refund or store credit.
3. Ship it back for free
Print the prepaid label, pack everything securely, and drop it off within 14 days.
What qualifies for a return?
- Returns are accepted on gently-used products within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be purchased on Itmistic.xyz; third‑party purchases should be returned to the original retailer.
- Gift sets must be returned in full. Individual products from a set are not eligible for partial refunds.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Need to exchange a shade?
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different shade within 30 days. Simply select “exchange” when creating your label and we’ll ship the new shade once your return is scanned.
Gifts & bundles
Gift recipients can receive store credit when the original order number is provided. Bundle returns must include all products and free samples originally received.
